Cancellation Policy

Orders for digital spiritual guidance, premium reports, and dakshina-based access may be cancelled only before substantial processing or delivery begins.

1. Before Report Processing

If a premium report order has been placed but generation or fulfillment has not materially started, you may request cancellation for review.
Once a report has entered preparation, review, generation, or download-ready state, cancellation may no longer be available.

2. Dakshina and Premium Access

If dakshina access has already been activated and premium benefits are available to the account, cancellation is generally not available.
Duplicate or accidental payments should be reported promptly for manual review.

3. How to Request

Use the contact/support route provided on the platform with your order code, email, and reason for cancellation request.
