1. Digital Reports and Access

If a premium report has already been generated, delivered, downloaded, or substantially accessed, it is generally non-refundable.

2. Dakshina Offerings

Dakshina-based offerings are devotional in nature and are not treated like recurring subscriptions.
Where a dakshina payment is made in error, duplicate, or without receiving the intended access, a review may be requested within 7 days.

3. Duplicate or Failed Payments

If the same payment is captured more than once for the same purpose, the duplicate amount will be reviewed for refund or adjustment.
If a gateway marks payment as failed or abandoned, access will not be granted unless the transaction is later confirmed.

4. Review Timeline
